Parent Evaluation Form Wellbeing Award for Schools July 2020
Dear parents/carers,
Park View Academy is currently working to achieve a school improvement award for promoting wellbeing and mental health.
In order to measure and evaluate our current provision, we need your input. Your views are important in helping us understand what we are doing well, how we have improved and how we can do even better.
All responses and suggestions will be carefully considered and used to plan a range of school improvements.
We have emailed this to parents/carers on 02/07/2020 Please complete and email back to school no later than 9th July 2020.
