Park View Uniform

The school uniform is compulsory for all children from Nursery to Y6.

All children new to school will be provided with a school uniform and PE kit.

All children, including Nursery, must wear the correct uniform and P.E. kit. The uniform is listed below:

Girls’ Uniform

Grey pinafore dress/skirt – Required all year round unless wearing Summer Term uniform.
White polo shirt (preferably with logo) – Required all year round unless wearing Summer Term uniform.
School sweatshirt/cardigan with PVA logo – Required all year round.
Grey socks or tights – Required all year round unless wearing Summer Term uniform.
Black school shoes must be worn by all pupils – Required all year round.
Trainers or ‘trainer type’ shoes are not acceptable.
Shoes should be plain – Required all year round – No lights, logos or decoration on shoes.
Boots or ankle boots are not acceptable.
Hair below shoulder length must be tied back with a plain small bobble/ribbon in school colours only, at all times.
Bobbles should not be excessive in size and should be able to be covered by the pupil’s hand.
Book bag – Must be branded with School logo – Required all year round.
Baby pink and white check summer dresses/ shorts play suit with white socks – Summer Term only.

Boys’ Uniform

Grey trousers or shorts – Required all year round – No combats.
White polo shirt – preferably with logo – Required all year round.
School sweatshirt must have PVA logo – Required all year round.
Grey socks – Required all year round.
Black school shoes must be worn by all pupils – Required all year round.
Trainers or ‘trainer type’ shoes are not acceptable.
Shoes should be plain – Required all year round – No lights, logos or decoration on shoes.

Book bag- Must be branded with School logo – Required all year round.

PE KIT

Appearance

No extreme hair-cuts, eg. no less than a 3 overall, no ‘Steps’, shaving side or all of head, patterns, undercuts.
No colourful braids, ‘tip dying,’ hair braids or extensions, loose longhair, extreme colours, shaved eyebrows.
Nail varnish, false nails and transfer tattoos are forbidden.
No piercings of any kind.
Hair must be cut above the eyebrow.
Hair below shoulder length should be tied back with a plain small bobble/ribbon in school colours. Bobbles should not be excessive in size and should be able to be covered by the pupil’s hand.
